1. Are you a recruiting firm?
   NO! Like most job boards our roots are in the search business or in the advertising field BUT WE ARE NOT ONE. Our solution is designed to help employers REDUCE the need for headhunters, and/or ELIMINATE the time they spend with unqualified recruiting professionals.
2. Do you sell software?
   NO! We are one of the only job boards that has not tried to become a software company and sell Applicant Tracking Software (ATS). Our site powered by PC Recruiter. We reviewed hundreds of packages and found theirs to be the most robust for Employers and Job Seekers
3. What kind of companies do you work with?
   Our original focus was exclusively software and technology firms. As a result of our growth we have expanded our domain to include all major industries. We also work closely with the venture capital organizations.
4. Will you blast my information or post it on the Internet without my permission?
   Absolutely NOT! Your information is password protected and only you can choose or modify your password and level of confidentiality. Your privacy is our promise. We will not share, rent or sell any of your information.
5. How Does a Job Seeker Login?
   Go to the Job Seeker Link. Register your secure email address and password and complete the career profile.
6. How often should I visit the site and check the new postings?
   The more you check back the better your odds. Most of our clients actively search our database on a regular basis, since we don't charge them to open or view a resume that has been registered as public.
7. I'm a great employee and would like to break into sales or marketing, but I'm not doing that now.
   You can complete a profile but it will eventually be reviewed and evaluated by a professional with significant experience in the sales domain. If your background does not include experience in sales or marketing it will be DELETED.
8. How are you different than other job boards?
   Our exclusive mission is to connect sales and marketing professionals with the companies and hiring managers, actively seeking those types of individuals. You will not see any other advertising on our site or in our newsletter. Our focus is exclusively on attracting the best sales and marketing candidates and the employers that would want to hire them.
9. What type of candidates can I find in your database?
   Our database is exclusively populated with sales and marketing professionals from all major industries. All new applicant profiles, and resumes are reviewed by a professional with sales recruiting experience to confirm they belong in the database. Candidates not possessing relevant experience are removed.
